HERITAGE ACT REVIEW – WEPA Submission

The NSW Government is currently reviewing the Heritage Act 1977(NSW) via its Standing Committee on Social Issues in the NSW Legislative Council.

WEPA is concerned to ensure that the Act, and the State and local heritage registers it covers, are strengthened and that the listed heritage houses, buildings and places are supported with expert advice and financial resources.
