You’re invited to participate in a community forum “A non-plastic future for our Community Ovals” hosted by The Natural Turf Alliance on Friday 23 June at 7pm. This event could not have been timed any better given the recent release of the Independent review into the design, use and impacts of synthetic turf in public open spaces published by the Office of the NSW Chief Scientist & Engineer dated 13 October 2022. The scientists speaking at the forum will share their views of the report’s findings to provide insight into the environmental, health and safety impacts of synthetic turf.
